気温が高く、日差しも強い日が続きますが、しっかり水分をとっていますか?
体の中の水分が不足すると、熱中症、脳梗塞、心筋梗塞などのリスクが高くなります。これらの予防には、こまめな水分補給が効果的です。就寝前、起床時、入浴の前後、運動中とその前後、そしてのどが渇く前に、少しずつ水分補給を心がけましょう。特に、体温調節機能が未熟な乳幼児や、のどの渇きに気づきにくい高齢者は、意識して30分〜1時間ごとに水分をとるようにしてください。また、食事もしっかりとり、暑い夏も元気に過ごせるような体づくりをしましょう。
