新世界に近い所、何区かよく分かりませんが
通天閣近辺は住みやすそうと思いますが
大阪の下町で住むのはどうですか。

浪速区ですね！難波へも自転車でいけるし、天王寺も徒歩圏内、地下鉄、ＪＲも近いし便利だと思いますよ！下町ですけど、人が道で寝てるのもすぐ見慣れます（笑）
